Before founding Dylan Davies in 2012 I worked in the industry as an award-winning Financial Advisor, but always had a passion for property with my own investments. When I saw the property market begin to recover after the recession my passion for the industry grew and I decided it was time to bite the bullet and launch an agency in my home town. I passionately believed that the industry was crying out for a more modern, innovative approach, and by adopting new technologies and attitudes to both property presentation and customer communication the business began to grow rapidly. My ambition was to make Dylan Davies the market leader within three years, but we did it in just 18 months!
When I’m not working I enjoy watching football as a season ticket holder for Cardiff City. I’m also a big fan of drinking red wine, gardening and spending time with wife and children.
